Filipe has over 15 years of litigation experience and is registered with the Bar Association of Brazil (OAB) and Bar Association of Portugal (OA). Specialising in civil procedural law, he has worked for several large law firms in São Paulo and was legal director of the Municipality of Votorantim, where he was awarded for the services provided in the Municipality. Filipe was an assistant professor of civil procedure at the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC/SP). In Brazil, Filipe acted before the Justice Court of São Paulo and the STJ (Superior Court of Justice).
