As Head of Quality and Client Policy, Guy leads the Client Service Quality Team, and is responsible for overseeing our quality assurance, training, dispute resolution and client policy functions.

He provides support and guidance to our litigation teams, and ensures client complaints are handled quickly, fairly and with care.

Guy has over 20 years’ experience as a department manager and communication lead, previously working in the medical underwriting industry, and more recently specialising in dispute resolution.

He has previous experience as an ombudsman and professional writer.
