Jeffrey is a partner based in our Philadelphia office. For over 25 years, he has played a key role on teams prosecuting antitrust class actions against global cartels. Jeffrey currently represents businesses, health and welfare funds and individuals harmed by anti-competitive conduct in class actions, stand-alone actions and collective actions.  

As a seasoned litigator, Jeffrey has extensive experience in managing all aspects of high-stakes litigation. In addition to his competition practice, he has successfully represented individuals and businesses in a wide range of complex litigations including, consumer fraud class actions, shareholder derivative actions, and policyholder actions against insurance companies. Jeffrey has also represented international, state, county, municipal and Taft-Hartley pension funds in domestic and international securities fraud litigation. He has been a critical member of litigation teams who successfully prosecuted numerous landmark securities class actions that recovered billions of dollars for investors.  

Jeffrey is experienced in all aspects of litigation including overall strategy, discovery, trial, and resource management, including the direct management of partners, associates, paralegals, professional staff and outside vendors – including those that facilitate e-discovery and database storage.

As a nationally and internationally recognized authority on class action litigation, Jeffrey shares his experience in commentary – including a column on Global Competition and Antitrust Law.
