Joshua Neuman joined Pogust Goodhead in 2020. He represents individuals in mass tort, product liability, class action, and personal injury claims. The primary focus of these complex civil matters includes pharmaceutical drugs and devices, consumer fraud, and harmful products. Josh also represents businesses in commercial litigation matters.  

Josh recently served as one of the lead counsel in the In re Injectafer Products Liability Litigation pending in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. He also serves as lead counsel in the firm’s EzriCare artificial tears cases, UV gel manicure cases, and pressure cooker litigation. Josh also leads the firm’s complex personal injury department. 

He is licensed in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the State of New Jersey, and the State of Michigan, as well as multiple federal district courts. Josh also serves as an Arbitrator for the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas. 

Prior to joining Pogust Goodhead, Josh was an associate at a premier defense firm in the Philadelphia area, representing medical providers in professional liability actions. He also represented putative classes in complex civil litigations against pharmaceutical companies.
