Roberta is a legal director specialising in commercial law. She has over 10 years’ litigation experience and is registered with the Bar Association of Brazil (OAB). She has previously acted as outside counsel for some of the largest companies and multinationals in Latin America. Whilst working at numerous leading Brazilian law firms she has acted for a variety of clients and managed complex dockets representing millions of dollars in value. Her work has involved a significant amount of litigation management and advocacy including launching appeals before the Brazilian Supreme Court. Roberta moved to London in 2020 in order to expand her career internationally and further her studies.

Outside of her career, Roberta has also worked as a volunteer in Brazil where she has provided English tuition for beginners, basic and intermediate levels.
