Taha Onal is an Associate in Pogust Goodhead’s Philadelphia office.

Taha earned his juris doctor from American University Washington College of Law. While in law school, he served as Articles Editor of the Health Law and Policy Brief and was also a student attorney at the Janet R. Spragens Tax Clinic.

Taha was a clerk for the Honorable Pennsylvania Superior Court Justice Carolyn Nichols in Philadelphia, where he examined complex civil and criminal cases.

In his previous role at a Philadelphia defense firm, Taha predominantly handled professional liability defense and represented attorneys, real estate brokers, insurance brokers, and other professionals. Taha also handled complex products liability, employment, and construction matters.

Taha has experience handling construction defect matters, which include the defense of contractors, architects, engineers, surveyors and other professionals.
