An experienced litigator, Chris Neill has a wealth of experience acting for claimants in group and multi-party litigation, as well as complex commercial, product liability, clinical negligence and personal injury disputes. During the early stages of his career, he successfully managed a team specialising in pursuing irregularity claims against financial institutions arising from the mis-selling of Payment Protection Insurance and other financial products – an endeavour that recovered millions of pounds for his clients.

Joining Pogust Goodhead in 2019, his primary focus was to support the firm’s ground-breaking Fundão Dam Litigation. He also leads a number of the firm’s other high-profile cases. Chris is now Partner and Chief Legal Officer at Pogust Goodhead.

Having drawn high levels of praise from a variety of sources, Chris Neill was shortlisted for ‘Rising Star Award’ at the Modern Claims Awards 2017.
