Camila Simão has substantial experience in arbitration and litigation, particularly concerning corporate, commercial and securities matters. She is a Senior Associate at Pogust Goodhead, focusing on international arbitration and corporate and environmental litigation matters. Prior to joining Pogust Goodhead, she coordinated some of Brazil’s first securities arbitrations, representing institutional investors against corporations for misrepresentations and their involvement in the country’s largest corruption scandals. Camila has worked in leading Brazilian firms, where she represented clients in litigation and domestic and international arbitration, acted as secretary of arbitral tribunals and advised clients in various areas, including corporate and commercial law, securities, international trade and private and public international law.
