Carmine is an Italian Qualified Lawyer with vast experience in both international arbitration and litigation and commercial law.

After earning an LLM degree from the University of Rome “La Sapienza” in 2010, where he specialized in international business law, Carmine moved to London to pursue his international career.

Prior to joining Pogust Goodhead, Carmine has worked as a Contract Lawyer with magic circle law firms, FTSE 100 companies and other global corporations on high-profile regulatory investigations and both domestic and cross-border arbitration and litigation with focus on banking and finance, white-collar crime, competition law, data protection and commercial law.

Carmine has recently passed the first part of the Qualified Lawyer Transfer Scheme (QLTS) and he is currently preparing for the SQE2 to qualify as Solicitor in England and Wales.
