Natália Champloni is an international lawyer specialising in complex litigation, with experience across environmental, civil, and tax law matters. She has been litigating since 2021, having started her legal career through a range of internships at leading Brazilian law firms and public institutions since 2017.
Natália is an Associate at Pogust Goodhead and has been involved in the Mariana Dam Disaster litigation against BHP before the UK High Court, where she acted as part of the core legal team. She contributed to the development of key legal arguments on limitation and waiver, supporting a successful ruling on liability, and worked closely with barristers and experts in building case strategy.
Her experience spans both contentious advisory and complex group litigation, with a particular interest in environmental justice, human rights, and ESG-related matters.
