As Chief Strategy Officer and member of the global board at Pogust Goodhead, Jordan Lee focuses on ensuring strategic business initiatives and projects are successfully executed. Jordan has led various transformation and growth projects within Pogust Goodhead and has been central to the firm’s transition from a legal startup to a leading collective redress law firm. With strong commercial acumen and agility, he leads on providing strategic input to a broad range of projects, including raising capital, launching new divisions and developing the firm’s corporate vision.

At the heart of all projects that he designs, Jordan ensures that social impact is considered and measured. He takes pride in enabling access to justice for millions of people around the globe and in developing investment, employment and training opportunities in emerging markets.

Jordan graduated from the University of Liverpool with a first-class honors degree in Law (LLB) and has recently completed the Executive LLM in Litigation Management at Baylor University. Jordan is undertaking the Executive MBA program at the University of Cambridge, Judge Business School from September 2023. Alongside his responsibilities at Pogust Goodhead, Jordan is also working towards qualifying as a solicitor in England & Wales and has completed the Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School, London.
