It has now been four years since the Brumadinho dam collapse in Brazil, and justice has still not been served.
The disaster caused the deaths of 272 people and was the second most significant humanitarian and environmental disaster in Brazil in less than five years.
Part of our team was present at the ceremonies in honour of the victims of the Brumadinho tragedy.
