Pogust Goodhead is currently part of the group of law firms litigating an antitrust class action that arises from a price-fixing conspiracy by certain manufacturers of MDI and TDI.

The defendant manufacturers of the products—chemicals which are the precursor ingredients for the manufacture of polyurethanes—formed an unlawful cartel to fix prices of their products. The lawsuit seeks damages suffered as a result of this conspiracy.

The multidistrict litigation is currently pending in the Western District of Pennsylvania.
