Anna is supervising partner of the Pan-Nox emissions claims at Pogust Goodhead. The claims against leading car manufacturers over the alleged use of unlawful “defeat devices” is considered one of the largest consumer group actions in English legal history. She previously also worked on the Mariana v BHP litigation.
Anna is an experienced dispute resolution lawyer having specialised in complex, high-value disputes across commercial litigation, ESG matters and the financial services sector.
Before joining Pogust Goodhead, Anna was a senior disputes lawyer at a leading international law firm, where she advised corporates and individuals about regulatory investigations, banking and commercial disputes and litigation. She was also a founding member of an ESG taskforce advising institutional clients on ESG-related conduct risk, governance and mitigation strategies.
Anna has extensive experience advising on contentious financial services matters, regulatory enforcement and investigations. She previously spent over six years in the Enforcement Division at the Financial Conduct Authority, acting as both an investigator and a barrister.
