Carolina is a dual-qualified solicitor in England & Wales and Brazil, currently working as an Associate at Pogust Goodhead’s London office, in the Mariana v BHP case.

Prior to joining Pogust Goodhead, Carolina worked advising on litigation and regulatory matters in white-collar crime specialist law firms. She has also gained experience working closely with in-house legal teams within a major Brazilian mining company.

Carolina holds an LL.M. from University College London, and a postgraduate degree in Financial Crimes from Fundação Getulio Vargas. She holds an LL.B. from University of São Paulo and a Licence from Université Lyon III.

She is proficient in Portuguese and English, with a basic understanding of French.
