With a proven history of success, Natasha excels in adeptly managing intricate employee relations matters, designing effective HR strategies, and leading large-scale organisational transformations. 

Natasha’s journey in HR began as one of the first recognised HR apprentices in the UK back in 2013, marking the inception of her enduring career. Her unwavering commitment and genuine passion for HR have propelled Natasha into the role of Head of HR, where she delivers both strategic and operational HR support. Natasha is known for her commercial acumen, professionalism, and approachability.
