Simon is a Senior Associate who joined Pogust Goodhead in February 2024 to lead the firm’s “My Finance Claim” to hold UK lenders accountable over alleged mis-selling of loans on new and second-hand cars between 2010 and 2021.

Prior to moving to London, Simon spent 10 years at Australia’s largest Claimant law firm advocating for thousands of vulnerable individuals against corporate misconduct by financial institutions, life insurers and superannuation funds across the country. Simon led the firm’s financial services practice in Adelaide for 5 years, and prior to moving to Adelaide spent 5 years in their Sydney and Melbourne offices acting for thousands of consumers in two of the largest financial services compensation schemes in Australian history against the Commonwealth Bank and Macquarie Bank for negligent financial advice.

Simon also spent a year in 2014 volunteering for Legal Aid Indonesia acting for hundreds of local farmers in Yogyakarta against large mining corporations for alleged breaches of human rights.
