The cyber security incident exposed customers’ personal information, and all those affected may be eligible for compensation. 

During the breach, copies of finance agreements may have been stolen. Personal data may also have been compromised within these files, including bank account numbers, sort code details, and more. Some of this information has since been shared on the dark web. 

The exposure of individuals’ personal data in this way poses various risks and is a gross invasion of privacy.
