Experian score data breach claim

In 2016, the private personal information of approximately 15 million T-Mobile customers was exposed through Experian; the company was used as a credit-checker for T-Mobile customers who were financing the cost of their phones.

James Barry, Partner at Pogust Goodhead, served on the Plaitniffs’ Executive Committee, which ultimately helped to resolve the Experian data breach case and obtain compensation for customers affected by the breach.
