Jessica has been working in high-profile and complex international arbitration and litigation proceedings for over a decade. She has represented companies and States on international dispute resolution and public international law issues including investment arbitration; international environmental law and human rights.

She works on issues relating to trade and sustainable development, climate change, deforestation, sustainable finance and ESG due diligence. In relation to corporate sustainability her work includes development of policies and best practices regarding supply chain due diligence and ESG frameworks.

She has recently been included in the European Commission’s list of individuals suitable for appointment as arbitrators and as trade and sustainable development experts in bilateral disputes under trade agreements with third countries.
