Gemma is a Partner at Pogust Goodhead and a member of the leadership team for the Mariana Litigation. Her appointment strengthens the senior team overseeing one of the most significant group actions in English legal history.

Gemma is a highly experienced litigator specialising in complex, high-value disputes. She has acted on a broad range of commercial litigation and arbitration cases, including technology disputes, contractual claims, contentious insolvency, procurement, public and judicial review, and privacy and data protection matters. Gemma has extensive experience of cross-border disputes and managing cases spanning multiple jurisdictions and legal systems.

Before joining Pogust Goodhead, Gemma was a partner at a leading transatlantic litigation firm, where she acted on significant, high-value commercial cases. Prior to that, she spent fourteen years at an international law firm, including six years as a partner, advising on a wide range of high-stakes disputes.
