Nilufar has 8 years’ experience as an M&A and corporate solicitor, working on complex high-value domestic and international M&A transactions in London. She has advised clients on a range of corporate matters, having specialised in mergers and acquisitions, investments, corporate finance, group reorganisations and joint ventures. Nilufar also has experience with acquisition finance, having worked with both lenders and borrowers.

Nilufar had started her career in the UK at Hogan Lovells, one of the largest law firms in the world. Before joining Pogust Goodhead she was a ‘Legal 500’ ranked M&A and corporate associate at a law firm in London.
