Tony joined Pogust Goodhead in September 2018 and was the Lead Partner representing Pogust Goodhead clients in both the British Airways Data Breach Litigation, which successfully settled in June 2021 following mediation, and the Volkswagen Emissions Litigation, which successfully settled in May 2022.
