the Lawyer Awards pogust goodhead

We are delighted to announce that we have been shortlisted for the prestigious The Lawyer awards for the second year in a row.

Our nomination for Litigation Boutique Firm of the Year recognises our team’s work to secure justice for the victims of corporate wrongdoing across the world.

In the past year, we have achieved a number of landmark and precedent setting rulings, including:

– A unanimous judgment from the Court of Appeal allowing 700,000 victims of the Mariana dam disaster to seek redress against BHP in the courts of England and Wales, the largest group litigation claim in the world.

– A historic settlement in the Volkswagen NOx Emissions Group Litigation, leading the way for diesel emissions claims in the UK.

We are so proud of the ground-breaking work all of our staff are undertaking, and we are excited to continue our journey.

Congratulations to all the other shortlisted firms in the 2023 The Lawyer awards.
