Joshua has over a decade of experience litigating some of Australia’s highest profile class actions and complex, multi-party litigation, for both defendants and claimants. He has a broad range of subject matter expertise, with a particular focus on litigation in the consumer, corporations act, professional indemnity, and engineering and construction sectors.

Some of the major class actions Joshua has worked on include the 2011 Queensland floods class action, the Toyota diesel particulate filter class action, the Swann add-on insurance class action, as well as the class action, and associated litigation, with respect to the Opal Tower.
