Since joining Pogust Goodhead in October 2019, Daria Ksanf has worked on a broad range of the firm’s cases including Mariana v BHP, the Mercedes emissions litigation, the British Airways data breach litigation, the TVM device litigation, and the Essure device litigation.

Daria works in the Medical Product Liability department, focusing on gynaecological products and clinical negligence. Predominantly, Daria is engaged in assisting women implanted with Essure sterilisation devices to pursue redress for their injuries.
