Eilidh graduated from the University of Aberdeen in 2010 with an LLB (Hons), returning in 2011 to complete a research LLM in human rights and criminology.    

Eilidh joined Pogust Goodhead in November 2021, as part of the Scottish team. She was drawn to Pogust Goodhead’s vision and is delighted to be working with so many colleagues with shared values, who want to use their talent to make real change in the world. 

She has almost 10 years’ of experience dealing with complex high-value commercial and consumer disputes. Eilidh feels passionately about climate justice and corporate responsibility. She is currently working on the NOx emission group litigations in Scotland.
