Harry’s wealth of management and operational experience derives from his 15 years at the Financial Ombudsman Service where he successfully oversaw departments, contact centres and start-up initiatives. It was here that he developed his passion for exceptional customer service and began being renowned for his practical, common-sense and solution-orientated problem solving skills.
Recruited by Pogust Goodhead in 2020 to lead the firm’s Client Care Division, Harry immediately drew upon his extensive knowledge of claims, complaints and compliance to refine the firm’s existing infrastructure and implement new, better procedures; something which led to his swift promotion to Head of Client Services.
Now the firm’s Head of Operations, Harry’s objectives have diversified into his current international planning role where he is responsible for all aspects of the firm’s strategic operations.
