He currently serves as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at SAP National Security Services, bringing valuable expertise in corporate governance to Pogust Goodhead. Previously, Joseph was a global litigation partner at one of the oldest law firms in New York City, Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft, specialising in cybersecurity, data privacy, data breach response, and crisis management. Earlier in his career, he served as a United States federal counterterrorism prosecutor, earning the Anti-Defamation League’s “SHIELD” award for his role in prosecuting the “DC Metro Bomber” case in 2010. Joseph is an experienced public speaker and media commentator across TV, including local and international news.
