Liina is a Senior Associate in our London office. She is dual-qualified in England and Scotland and has over 12 years of experience in banking, financial and commercial litigation. She has successfully represented clients in court proceedings, including the UK Supreme Court, as well as mediations and independent compensation schemes.

Prior to joining Pogust Goodhead, Liina worked at DS Law, where she acted for multiple victims of the infamous HBOS Reading/Quayside Corporate Services scandal in multimillion pound damages claims arising out of a major fraud that was perpetrated on numerous businesses that had been transferred to the “impaired assets” division of HBOS.
