Lorcan is an Associate at Pogust Goodhead. He joined in August 2023. Lorcan currently represents thousands of claimants in several high-profile emissions cases against major car manufacturers.

Before joining Pogust Goodhead, Lorcan worked at international firms on all types of disputes and in most major sectors. His interest in group litigation first developed after helping over 6,000 retired Merchant Navy sailors to protect their ill-health benefits in a representative action.

Lorcan is interested in promoting access to justice and in levelling the power imbalance between individuals and corporations. His work at Pogust Goodhead is focused on helping groups of consumers to find legal recourse for wrongs they have suffered.
