Micaela Ossio Maguiña is a civil and common law qualified lawyer admitted in Peru and England and Wales, with expertise advising Claimants as well as sovereign states in investment and commercial arbitration disputes. Micaela has extensive experience in proceedings conducted under the arbitration rules of the ICSID, UNCITRAL, and ICC.

She has also acted in several arbitration proceedings administered by the Peruvian Chamber of Commerce. She has advised clients in a variety of different sectors, including oil & gas, mining, banking, construction, insurance, and pharmaceuticals, among others.
