Miyen is an Associate specialising in complex, high-value litigation and international disputes.
At Pogust Goodhead, Miyen works on large-scale consumer and environmental group litigation, including the representation of thousands of claimants in the high-profile Pan-NOx Emissions Litigation against leading car manufacturers.
Before joining Pogust Goodhead in February 2026, Miyen trained and qualified at a specialist litigation boutique in central London. She has demonstrated experience across High Court and Court of Appeal proceedings, international arbitration, insolvency disputes, and reputation management matters, involving high-net-worth individuals, private equity funds, and multinational corporations.
Miyen has regularly acted in claims exceeding $50 million, including defending proceedings brought by a Luxembourg investment fund and representing a Guernsey private equity fund in long-running fraud litigation reported in the Financial Times.
Alongside her contentious practice, Miyen has acted as in-house counsel to an African metals mining business, advising on commercial contracts, investment documentation, and operational strategy.
Outside practice, Miyen is a competitive rugby player and has represented Great Britain on several occasions in ultimate frisbee.
