Rafaela is an accomplished lawyer with over a decade of experience in litigation in Brazil and international organisations’ justice and regulatory reform sectors. In Brazil, she managed litigation from initial investigation to court trial and appeals in superior courts, with extensive knowledge of white-collar crimes, and environmental and consumer regulatory sanctions. Alongside her work as a lawyer, Rafaela offered advisory services to international organizations in regulatory development and justice reform.
