Rob studied at Dulwich College school and then graduated from University of Leeds, BA Economics.

He joined KPMG in 2009 in audit banking and qualified ACA in 2012, and left to follow his dream of founding Urban Ninja Obstacle Course in 2014 while continuing to work as a data and financial analyst contractor throughout.

Rob re-routed his career fully into data from 2020 onwards and joined permanent work at PG in June 2021. He was appointed Head of Data for Pogust Goodhead in 2022.
