Natalia Bell joined Pogust Goodhead in August 2023 and works primarily on the NOx Emissions Group Litigations in Scotland. 

She graduated from the University of Edinburgh in 2017 with a LLB (Honours) and in 2018 with a Diploma in Professional Legal Practice. While at university, she attended a summer school at Universität Salzburg, specialising in European private law. 

Natalia undertook her traineeship at a medium-sized Scottish law firm and qualified as a solicitor in 2021. During her traineeship, and upon qualifying, Natalia worked in a team specialising in Court of Session litigation. She dealt with high-value and complex claims, including group proceedings, clinical negligence actions, product liability actions, commercial actions, and judicial reviews.  

Prior to joining Pogust Goodhead, Natalia worked at an international law firm specialising in commercial litigation. She also gained some experience of public inquiry work, acting on behalf of core participants to a UK public inquiry.  

Natalia works as a tutor in International Private Law at the University of Edinburgh and is a mentor as part of the Law Society of Scotland’s student mentoring scheme. She is a Notary Public.  

Natalia was drawn to Pogust Goodhead’s mission to level the playing field between individuals and large corporations, and is excited to be part of an international firm that aligns with her values.
