As business operations manager for the Amsterdam team, Sharon is responsible for the overall day-to-day processes of the Amsterdam office.

Before joining Pogust Goodhead, Sharon was a senior assistant to a research institute’s Head of Business Operations and the Board of Directors. She assisted in gathering input from the workplace, to implement changes on how to work more efficiently within the company. She also was a member of the employee council.

Sharon has over 14 years of experience in the legal field, working for various prominent law firms in the Netherlands. During this time, she graduated from the Open University with a bachelor’s degree in law (specializing in Dutch employment law).
In her spare time, Sharon volunteers for NGOs such as, Ocean Cleanup and the Swapshop in the Netherlands and during her extended travels.
