Career
Camilla held the position of Head of Legal, Risk Control and Compliance Departments in Brazil and Latin America acting as a C-level Executive.
Leading legal departments in different corporations for years, Camilla acquired extensive experience in the identification of in-house corporate issues and providing solutions involving full business consulting nationally and internationally.
Throughout her career as an in-house counsel, she also led important projects such as international M&A transactions and big auctions in the Brazilian Public sector.
Recently Camilla runs a consultancy company providing full corporate advice for clients all over the world, having partner offices in Turkey, Portugal, China and USA.
Now, with all her professional background, assumed the position of General Counsel of Pogust Goodhead.
