Kirsten completed her LLB and Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Edinburgh. She completed her traineeship at a full-service civil firm which fostered a particular interest in various litigation matters, primarily in Medical Negligence Law. She joined Pogust Goodhead as an Associate in September 2023 with a strong sense of social justice, aiming to make a difference in the world.  

Kirsten has vast experience of involvement in various philanthropic initiatives and organising fundraising events for numerous charities. She has a keen interest in Human Rights work and empowering vulnerable individuals.

Since commencing employment at Pogust Goodhead, Kirsten has been involved in litigating the NOx Emissions claims as well as the NHS Lothian Paediatric Audiology case, specialising in Commercial Litigation, Medical Negligence, and Human Rights law.
