As Head of Solutions, with over seven years in the legal sector, Owen Taylor is responsible for identifying and deploying workflow and technical solutions to achieve industry leading claim handling processes. Working alongside the technology leadership team they are committed to improving experiences for both internal and external customers.

Owen started his career in process improvement and quickly applied those skills to legal workflow improvement and CMS development. He moved into a leadership role, helped define the firm’s technical backbone, and continues to refine and improve the internal processes.
