Sundas is an Associate at Pogust Goodhead, where she works on a broad range of civil litigation matters. Before joining, she trained at a top-five Irish law firm and previously worked as an Associate at leading City firms. She is dually qualified in England & Wales & Ireland.

She has extensive experience in complex litigation and alternative dispute resolution. Recent highlights include acting for a US-based specialist asset recovery and litigation management vehicle for a former cryptocurrency platform in a multi-million-dollar UK and US professional negligence claim against an international law firm. She also represented a US-headquartered global technology supplier in a USD 15 million ARIAS fast-track arbitration against a leading global insurer.

Other notable experience includes acting for an international produce company in a £1 million cross-border dispute with a long-term customer, arising from fruit and vegetable supply shortages caused by natural events, and representing one of Europe’s and the UK’s largest pipe, heating, and ventilation equipment manufacturers in a multi-jurisdictional product liability claim.

Sundas has a strong interest in social justice, with a focus on addressing power imbalances between individuals and corporations. She is also very passionate about environmental causes. She uses group litigation as a tool to deliver pragmatic and high-impact solutions for clients.

Sundas also worked as a judicial assistant in the Federal and Superior Courts of Los Angeles and subsequently as a law clerk at a leading litigation law firm there. She also speaks fluent French, Irish, and Urdu.
