Training at global law firm CMS, Grace qualified as a solicitor in 2016 and worked as an Associate in the firm’s Planning and Environment team. Here she gained experience of complex, large-scale planning appeal inquiries and judicial reviews, representing energy companies and developers.

Prior to joining Pogust Goodhead, Grace was in-house counsel at Mirador Analytics, a fast-growth, international, healthcare data privacy consultancy company. At Mirador, Grace advised the business on risk and regulatory issues, commercial contracts, and data privacy. She also sat on the leadership team of the company, advising on strategic decisions and developing processes and policies, as it grew from a small start-up to becoming part of the Datavant Group.

Grace has a keen interest in human rights work. She interned at the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg, and has represented individuals in the Scottish Sheriff Courts on a pro-bono basis for homelessness charities.

Grace joined Pogust Goodhead in November 2021 as part of the newly established Scottish team.
